Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will give you complete command over your e-mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming emails according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox you would like to redirect emails from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
